Email 1: Teaser (3-5 Days Before)

Build anticipation. Preview the sale without full details. Encourage early access signups or wishlisting.

  • Content: Countdown, sneak peek, early access CTA
  • Goal: Build anticipation, segment engaged users

Email 2: Main Event (Day Of)

Full campaign reveal. Clear offer, hero product imagery, prominent CTA. This is your highest-volume send.

  • Subject: "It's here! [X]% off everything"
  • Content: Offer details, product grid, urgency elements
  • Goal: Drive traffic and conversions

Email 3: Last Chance (Final Day)

Urgency and FOMO. Countdown timer, stock warnings, extended offer deadline (if applicable).

  • Subject: "Last chance — sale ends tonight"
  • Content: Countdown, social proof, FOMO triggers
  • Goal: Capture procrastinators
