From a name or a URL, Flash runs a four-tier discovery cascade that can't fail, then learns your voice from your own words using deterministic stylometry — not a guess from an LLM.
Cache → official-site scrape → OpenAI web search → LLM backstop, all inside an 8-second budget. Any error falls through to an empty result instead of crashing the flow.
Phase A computes sentence length, second-person ratio, emoji density, contraction rate and reading grade from your copy — mapping them to a four-axis voice. LLM inference is only a fallback when there's too little text to measure.
